Due to the measures of the corona crisis, we, like most other Belgians, work from home. This means that we only work electronically and that needs some adaptation.

Phytolicense

For the treatment of applications for phytolicenses little changes. Of course, we only process applications electronically. You can easily request a copy of your phytolicense and your account can be consulted online.

Plant protection products

There are a number of changes to be taken into account by applicants for plant protection product authorisations:

• Authorisations are now fully electronic. Deeds of authorisation are sent by our secretariat by e-mail to the authorisation holders concerned.
• We are currently unable to receive applications by post. A procedure for submitting applications electronically will be published on our website.

Fertilizers

The processing of applications is already done electronically. The only change is that no paper certificates are sent.

We will answer your questions by email, as usual. Contact by phone is of course also possible, but we apologize if this does not always go smoothly technically.
