Modifications to an authorisation must be assessed by our service.
This concerns the following possible modifications:
- trade name
- composition
- usage doses
- extension to other applications
- transfer from one company to another (also when the name of the firm is modified)
- CLP classification
- renewal, extension or revocation
- packaging

In addition, a certificate can also be requested for an existing authorisation.
The necessary fees for the various requests are listed in annex 2 of our guide.
Furthermore, a renewal must be requested for a formulation after the renewal of the approval of the active substance which it contains.
