Before 31 December 2025, economic operators that place a CE fertilising product on the Belgian market must transmit to the FPS Public Health:
- the EU declaration of conformity and, where applicable,
- the EU type-examination certificate (module A1 and module B) or
- the quality system approval decision (module D1).
The aim is to provide an overview of the Belgian market in order to identify potential risks to the safety of the food chain. Initially, the information gathered will be compiled for statistical purposes.
The data should be sent to the email address fertilisingproducts@health.fgov.be with the subject: [Tradename] PFC[nummer] module[letter].
