A new version of the guidance for the applicant of an authorisation of a plant protection product in Belgium is now available.
The new version contains a number of changes, including:
- removal of all specific mentions of fees throughout the document and removal of Annex 2 (“Fees”), addition of references to a summary table
- addition of the possibility to use the Belnet Fedsender system when submitting applications
- addition of instructions to ensure the quality of the physical label
- removal of the mention that a (future) authorization holder must know the complete composition of the product; it is sufficient that the Service on Plant Protection and Fertilising products is aware of the full composition.
