Data on authorised plant protection products

All non-confidential data of authorised plant protection products is available for use by third parties. These data will be shared in raw format so that they can be freely implemented in applications.

Practical

The data will be made available in JSON format. Keeping the data up-to-date is done as follows:

  • monthly full export on the first day of the month (available for one month)
  • daily update with changes (available within that month). When multiple changes are present in one update for the same authorisation, they all appear chronologically: first change first, most recent change last.
  • a file containing suspended products (available when there are current suspensions)

The data are made public under the CC BY 4.0 licence. This licence allows flexible use of the data subject to proper attribution of source.

To facilitate onboarding, we provide the following documents:

  • a set of sample data containing many diverse products to show all possible fields
  • a sheet describing the available fields in order to have a better view of the content and meaning of each field. Note that this file contains two sheets:
    • one describing the general data in full and daily exports
    • one for currently ongoing suspensions
